Preservation of architectural monuments and allowing blind people to touch them
Photogrammetry, modeling, printing and casting of bronze. Having started working with the cleaned 3D file, we prepared it for printing on a meter SLA printer. During the preparation of the file it was necessary to take into account the technical features in order to continue the casting of BRONZE was successful. All small objects were detached and printed separately and later attached to the main model in order to preserve the geometry of small elements.
After the production was completed, the figure was installed and now allows blind people to see this monument to the touch.
Production of individual headphones taking into account the geometry of the ear
After developing the 3D models, it was decided to print the components with SLA technology - in order to replicate the entire geometry of the human ear with an accuracy of 35 microns.
The details were finalized in an ultrasonic bath and tested in specialized equipment. It was decided not to carry out any physical finishing of details, so as not to violate the geometry, it was discussed with the customer and explained that the geometry of the ear canal is important.
Development and production of a vintage picture frame
The request was to make one of the few rare frames for the picture, taking the best elements from the samples.
The required elements were scanned and transferred to the simulation. When the first version of 3D was on hand, the customer decided to add elements for the frame, so he gave us a sketch of the elements to be added.
It was advisable to model one corner of the frame because all whales are the same and only need to be repeated.
Reverse turbine engineering for a hydroelectric plant
Due to the weight of the turbine, its transportation was not expedient, so it was a field trip to scan the turbine at the customer's production.
Our team of engineers specializing in scanning went to the hydroelectric power station, provided all the necessary conditions for quality scanning. After scanning, the files were sent delivered for reverse engineering, the blades were ground and copied around the perimeter of the turbine.
The files were checked and transferred to the customer to make a new version of the turbine.
